Woefully underrated band.....maybe not heavy enough for the BNWOHM fans but too heavy for some..... I don't know but I'm glad that Clem Burke, still rockin' and touring!, have got belated recognition via Metallica and I'm sure Breadfan has given the band a nice little nest egg and a bit of kudos.....

Wonderful band, so under-rated...should have been a far 'bigger' success.Saw them live quite a few times around 1980-82, fabulous.

Damn, I wish they had stayed together. No telling where the sound would have went. Every LP from their debut on got stranger (and better)..

Everything's great... the composition, groove... apart from Tony Bourge's red boots.

As a "singing bass player" in a power rock trio, he's a little bit Dickie Petersen from Blue Cheer, and Geddy Lee.

Budgie did several great albums, but Bandolier was the peak for me.Breaking all the House Rules and this track are about as good as hard rock gets, yet they can be subtle as well.

Brilliant stuff. I knew about Budgie when I was growing up in the 70s, especially Breadfan. But I forgot about them as time passed. Recently I have taken time to listen to their other early stuff. I think it's so good, it is difficult to listen to anything else!

The music they produced spans generations and has nothing to compare with. It is completely unique, brilliant, so full of life and an insperation. This band was brought together from something special. Shelley, you and your band inspired me.
