It's definitely live! They had edge then, before they went all 'Silence Is Golden'

This is from an edition shown on Thurs 30th September 1965, having been pre-recorded on 28th September. It began with Petra and her puppies, then the 4th film from their expedition to Norway - Deep Sea Fishing, a periscope make, then a submarine film, followed by this performance. After 'Uncle Willie' they also performed 'I Want Candy' before the show ended with a piece about hedgehogs.

Yes, it's absolutely live. Just listen to the overmodulation on the backing vocals from the drummer, Dave Munden. No miming/lip synch here just really live there in the studio. None of todays artists(?) could ever do it live without auto tune, backing track, flashing light show, semi naked dancers, just to cover up how crap they are compared to these "REAL! " musicians & singers.

KIDS these days with their internet trolling, Twitter hashtags and jeggings don't know they're born. In my day we had to make do with LOLcats, flashmobbing and nudie jeans.

This is how real music sounds artist actually being able to play musical instruments and not relying on auto tune and backing tracks made on a computer
