@ninthcaptain: You could also try one of the - ahem - mp3 youtube rip tools (there are many). If you google the name of this song and the artist, you will find a version with better audio. You'll just get stuck with the talking at the beginning, but it's better than nothing.

@ninthcaptain It's out of print. You can try finding an old copy of the CD somewhere. I had this on cassette single and I wore it out. I was fortunate to have someone toss me a digital copy and I have it backed up in about 9 different places. I don't know where the person who tossed it to me got it from, so I don't feel comfortable sharing. Good luck!

I remember recording this on my VCR when it first came out. The quality sucked and I blamed my recorder and tape. Now I know it was the original video that sucked. It's one of my favorite video / songs regardless. The woman at 3:24 mesmerises me - those eyes . . . ?8^)
