@linmis thank you! I kinda suspected the Metarie thing, but never knew about the Lapalco meaning, this is pretty funny! BTW I finally got to see BB live two months ago. He played the videoclip version, which I must say I don't like. The uk version would have been so much more exciting!

@desertbunny He's either from Louisiana or spent a lot of time there, and Metarie is a town just north of New Orleans that's actually spelled Metairie. Another bit of trivia is that the album "Lapalco" is named after a street that he lived on that is an abbreviation of "Louisana Power and Light Company"
