What if most country people grew up listening to this too? If we weren't listening to straight country, we'd be tuned into a rock station. And just because you come from a certain background doesn't mean you have to stick to that genre.I'm a hardcore BG fan and yeah i don't think he did up to his full potential on this cover, but its still one hell of a song and one hell of a cover.

OK, usually, I would be up in arms over a country singer covering my beloved Motley Crue, especially with a banjo in the band, but somehow, I like it. I like hearing old songs re-done in a new way. My friend Nick does an amazing cover of "Fulsome Prison Blues" in his own style. Never turn your nose up at classics or the young(er) people who cover them.
