Hab die Scheibe zweimal damals gekauft. Die eine hoch und runter abgespielt und die zweite liegt schön original verschweisst in meinem Plattenregal ;) Bei meiner nächsten Privatparty wird die Scheibe wieder rausgeholt. YEAHHHHHH !!!!

Fan der ersten Stunde! Als mein bester Kumpel 1983 mir seine neuste LP vorspielte (The Working Model), war es um mich geschehen. (Danke Torsten!!!!) Ich durfte die LP gleich auf MC kopieren und seitdem lief das Teil rauf und runter... Was für eine geile Zeit!Als die LP rausgekommen ist, kannten die meisten nur Depeche Mode.Aber auf unseren Partys lief halt oft Boytronic und das war gut so...Hab die LP eben rausgekramt und aufgelegt - Früher hat mich das jedes knisten und knacken von LP´s genervt - jetzt bekomme ich Gänsehaut wenn ich mal ein knacken im Lied höre. Da werden Erinnerungen wach.Das war vor 31 Jahren.... unglaublich wie die Zeit vergeht.Hier noch die Titelliste von "The Working Model":1 - recycled2 - luna square3 - diamonds and loving arms4 - red chips5 - you6 - i want to live in harmony7 - my baby lost it's way8 - you're the one who stays9 - at last

War da nicht bei der Vinyl-Ausgabe auf der B-Seite "Diamonds and loving arms" drauf? Da war die Maxi-Single sehr gefragt und auch mal richtig Geld wert, ich glaube in Erinnerung zu haben, dass auf mancher Plattenbörse Preise bis zu 900 (!!) DM gezahlt wurden...?@pepperonline, stimmt absolut, "You" war halt ein Charthit und genauso wie es in den 90er die Raver gab, liefen damals eben auch viele "kommerziell" als Waver rum, weils gerade angesagt war...höre heute noch EBM, Synthiepop etc., aber das kennt ja kein Schwein, wenn du auf n Festival wie das Mera Luna fährst ist dann eigentlich die ganze Szene Deutschlands am Start (von 80 Mio. Einwohner 20.000...kann man mal ausrechnen wieviele Null Komma noch was Prozent das sind)
