Just a boy done on loop pedal. I have been playing this cover on guitar for years and for some reason now sounds utterly different after years of putting in variations, have a listen listen you may like my version you might hate it too.

The Audio was recorded in one take, nearly all the video is from the original take but to make the video more interesting some sections were taken from various takes, but that's video for ya.

Loop pedal used was a Boss RC-30 which I would recommend to anyone, I may get round to making a tutorial as a lot of the ones on you tube are fairly basic and don't show how cool these machines are.

When you stop a loop in the middle and go to start it again, does it pick up from where you stopped it, or does is start the loop over from the beginning? Also is the loop playing in the background when you mute it, or does it just stop? I'm just basically trying to figure out if I stopped a loop that I recorded in verse 1 for the chorus and then tried to pick the loop up again in verse 2 if I'd be surprised at where at picked up from (if I was off-tempo then would it be in a weird spot). Thanks!!

I'm curious about how you ran the out from the mixer to the loop pedal and then back to the mixer. I just got a mixer and a loop pedal and it's not clear to me how to do this. A number of online forums have posts that say they have problems adding a pedal through the mixer's effects loop without excessive noise, but it seems like that's just what you did and it sounds great. Thanks for posting!

so.. first of all great video!form what i understood about the use of two channel related to your music you record your "drums" on channel one and the record the bridge on channel 2 and you finish with the bass and the choir on channel 1.i just bought a boss rc 30 and i will sell it soon, personally i don't like that you can't run the 2 channel independently

Well done. Does it require perfect timing when you hit the pedal to add to the loops? Thanks.
