Bobby always dug deep within the songs depths, also into his own heart and soul delivering the most awesome piece you will ever hear, in my book. No one will ever come close to his genius, period. I heard this on the radio today, and really liked it, but couldn't put my finger on who was singing it...When I heard Bobby Darin, I was blown away. I didn't realize he had such range... I loved his early songs like "Splish Splash" and "Dream Lover", etc. and then later, "Mack the Knife" and, "Beyond the Sea", and toward the end, "If I were a Carpenter", but hadn't heard this style of song done by him before. Great song. But to put a whole track like this on Youtube is NOT 'fair use', sorry. That definition, which was intended to cover academic uses etc, simply cannot be stretched to include this kind of use, which is primarily for entertainment.12 years ago
