These images of wood, trees, leaves etc were taken in Epping Forest in 2008. Some interesting textures I thought?

Typically, I am not much of a fan of recordings of live performances of established songs, but this is one of the few exceptions. His nuanced singing and arrangement is truly wonderful. This is what talent and musicianship can produce.

No he isn't. Tim Harden wrote and recorded the song. BD recorded it after him and took it to a top 10 hit. I will say BD has an incredible voice.

GoweExile you are very right in your comment. Adele and Beyonce has great voices along with a few others out there. I will still argue that todays music is just techno garbage. Example i was at my sons baseball tourney this weekend and they had music blasting over the PA system between innings. It was different songs but they all sounded exactly the same. The vocals were all techno induced. They all had the exact same beat and sound. I guess every generation has gone through this.

You view is a popular one, however I remember hearing exactly the same comments when I was a kid back in the 70s. I've therefore come to the view that it takes about 15 years to filter the crap of any particular out of popular consciousness. I'd also say that there are superb singers popular today, like Adele, Beyonce is also a great singer - unfortunately she had to impersonate Etta James to get any songs worthy of her voice.

I hear tons of young people who call todays music shit. I hear it all the time. So you dont have to ASSUME someone is older not to like todays SHIT music. Because that is all it is. NO STAYING POWER just pop crap that is here today forgotten tomorrow. Unlike great music like this. There is not one young artist today that could sniff Bobbys Jock strap for talent. Just my dumb old ass opinion. But i am not alone on those thoughts.

I feel your pain young man. I feel your pain. I wish he was there for you today too. He is missing out on alot. As well as you are. I am sure he was a good man. Stay strong he will always be with you as long as you never forget him. Everytime you think of him he is with you.

This is an amazing cover. I believe his best cover of this song. Such a great song. I still love Robert Plants version better. Only because it sounds like he has an orchestra backing him up. It sound so great.

My dad passed away two years ago when I was 13, he would always bust out singing this song in the most random places! Brings chills down my spine when I hear this. If only I could him sing it again!
