As all this video stuff became available to the mass public I kept wishing that those things were available years ago. I especially wish someone had a film or video of Bo doing that "lean forward or sideways stance" almost to the point of unbelievability. You can tell it just a little on the cover of that LIVE album on here with MONA on it. Red Cover. read my webpage TheMojoMan*com Thank You

First heard BO in 55 when I was 5 years old my MOM would turn the radio up and pick up one of us kids[five of us] and dance to the great songs of the era. Still love BO's work today.

Does anyone remember him playing in a small pub in Leichhardt ' Sydney' Australia in 81-82. I felt so privileged to be 1 of about 150 people to witness this master. I was about 5 feet away from him in the crowd when he pointed to me and reached out, I grabbed his hand and he pulled me onto the stage and I danced beside him. I'll never forget the moment....

Played behind him twice and both times he was the real deal, an all class, down to earth human being and although he didn't want us to use the word 'legend' when we introduced him he certainly is one of the great legends of American Music.

Bo Diddley was my friend and I will miss him the rest of my life. All thru my "radio daze" Bo was a mainstay on my shows. I booked him many times "in the beginning" first time was THE TEEN DANCELAND in Wellsville,Ohio in the mid 50's. I live in Fla in the winter months,,had I been down there when he passed I'd have made that funeral. I gained new respect for Steven Segal,,he was there.
