Blur were one album away from creating a truly great album to rival the likes of the bends, the best blur album without a doubt is 13 - so inventive and exploratory, followed by the self titled and more grungey album 'blur' brilliant album with the likes of beetlebum and chinese bombs, Think Tank is then 3rd, they struggle for that extra dimension that coxon brings as well as his inventivness, this may of been a precursor to some Gorillaz stuff but as a blur entry its no 3. Listen to some of Coxons stuff, goes from thrash, punk, to wilful folk, with Albarns recent sojourns Blur could reform and make an amazing album...

great album but definetly recomend getting the 2CD bonus edition, twice as much music , alt.versions n some great additional Banksy artwork. However should come with a warning as stated in comment below "like Heroin" highly addictive

This album was actually released 2 years after Gorillaz' first album. It is the most like Gorillaz Blur ever sounded though...not a bad thing.

I like the britpop stuff but I like their 'Blur' onwards stuff best too. 13 has to be my Favorite.

I think a lot of people just didn't like the idea that they made an album with out Coxon but I agree. I love this album despite his absence.

My favorite Blur album! Never was a big fan of their "britpop" sound, but their self-titled album and everything following is fantastic. Love this song!

I have to admit I didnt like think tank at first, but after really listening to the songs i have grown to love it just as much, if not more, than their other stuff. I especially like this song.
