This song is a game changer for me. Man, they did something here that changed the game for me. I can't explain it. Maybe because it's so haunting. A good Blur song will haunt your ass like a fricking ghost. You'll wake up singing it and go to bed singing it. Haunting man.

I can't agree that The Great Escape is an underrated or a good album. Honestly, for Blur, it's a shockingly average album, but it has a couple of really really REALLY good songs like this one and The Universal in particular.

The Great Escape has always frustrated me...you can tell there's a masterpiece lurking under there somewhere, but it was done in by a couple really dodgy songs. The only Blur album that in a parallel world I'd like to see Damon have another crack at.
