My favorite version of Blood, Sweat & Tears. Jerry Fisher was a excellent vocalist for them. I allows them to tackle a new repertoire while still doing the old one. The horn section was excellent and better than it ever had been. Georg Wadenius gave them are very unique guitarist, who could rock, play jazz or fusion. Larry Willis was also a virtuoso addition to the band. This is one of my favorite of the new repertoire. They rocked!!! Jerry sung with power and soulfulness. This edition meshed the music forms seamlessly, the rock and jazz elements intertwined. No departure from one form then back to the other. For me, the classic version of the band. Yes, I have all the recordings, including the Al Kooper and David Clayton Thomas recordings. Thanks for posting this!!!

I think this was taped and broadcast by SVT, Swedish public service television. I have some vague memories of seeing it on TV. Thanks SVT and for uploading!

While I prefer Clayton-Thomas at vocals, No Sweat is still my favorite album as a whole. So much awesome on that thing.

@StradMan37 No Sweat and New Blood both had me singing along back in the day. Jerry Fisher was a great addition. I only caught them live once during this period (Puyallup Fair, 1974)

@scottyforreal No Sweat was my favourite BS&T album too. I would love to get it again. We lived in the rainforest in Tullabudgera Queensland at the time & I used to crank it up full blast. Magical!!

The ultimate line-up of the ultimate band. Top horn section, top rythm section; rock never got any better after this.

Wow - they sure were cookin' on a frigid day in Stockholm!!! One of the best tunes from my favorite BS&T album, "No Sweat". Much of the so-called Spinning Wheel lineup was still intact, & Jerry Fisher was a great singer - a perfect fit for the group. Thanks for posting a priceless piece of jazz/rock history!

Thanks for sharing this. I think that the correct date is May 17, 1973. Only 2 degrees that day in Stockholm. Not so fun for a outdoor concert.
