i'm a massive vu fan & i like a fair bit of (if not all) lou reed's later work, but I gotta say, I much prefer this version to the original. i mean the whole lp is freaking great of course, blitz was the best of the original oi bands by leaps & bounds, no one else even comes close (except maybe The Blood, tho it's a stretch to call them oi, anyway...)
