Blatz (Wikipedia):

Blatz was a punk band formed in 1989 in Berkeley, California. Blatz came out of the 924 Gilman Street Project scene during the late 80s, and early 90s along with bands like Operation Ivy, Filth, and Green Day.

Blatz came to life when Joey Perales and Robert Eggplant, (editor of the zine Absolutely Zippo) went to a party on acid where Sweet Children, better known later as Green Day, were playing and began trying to think of the most embarrassing band name possible. They took the name Blatz, after one of the cheapest brands of beer available in the U.S., and convinced John Santos, a high school drinking buddy, to play with them for their first show, a 924 Gilman Street holiday show.

Billie Joe Armstrong occasionally played second guitar for the band, and Aaron Cometbus occasionally sat in on second drums.

It's "Fuk Raybies," NOT "Fuk Greenpeace." What does Greenpeace have to do with macho 1980s NYHC?

wow man I posted that comment 3 years ago. I disagree. 1) I can better hear and understand the words Greg Graffin is singing compared to this singer. 2) Bad Religion stands for something. Their lyrics are genius and they exploit everything that is wrong with the past and current state of the country, like our Foreign Policy for example.

maybe it was better if billie joe sung the vocals, i mean: he was in the band and he can sing (we all know that), but okay, ehm... i really prefer green day xD but if the woman loves singing then she can do it, i think the fun is all what counts and the people who don´t like it needn´t listen to it (i´m sorry for my bad english, i´m german)
