Idk, The Hanging Tree is supposed to be the "shh it's forbidden we don't speak of it" kind of poems, it's about escaping the cruel reality by suicide, like, freedom resides in death, the poem is very sad and depressing, because that's how life is in District 12, lyrics about calling someone to hang themselves, it's the battle (rebellion) hymn, remixing it, giving it more life, and broadcasting it on radios (I heard it once) just sounds.... insulting or idk, maybe I'm overreacting, but it's just wrong...
