Wow, I had the 8 track, high school days....southern rock at it's best, ..... think David Lee Roth has his eye on Jim Dandy's gig???

I have this record! It's practically worn out. I saw these guys live when I was a young, nubile hippie chick at a local college. I was pressed up close to the stage so I could straight up at Jim Dandy in his skintight silver spandex pants, bare chest, long, silky, blond hair swinging while he rubbed and scrubbed that washboard muttering and moaning in that sexy voice. AH! A young girl's wet dream!

#fridayrockshow #BlackOakArkansas #MusicEveryday*Black Oak Arkansas - Keep The Faith* There ain't a better tune to lift them spirits than this one. To my knowledge, this band *NEVER* did an "oh pity me" or a "poor ol me" tune. These guys *ROCK!!*

Please Keep The Faith.... That we have my brothers...all that ever strummed..blew the jug , scratched the board, blowed the harp, & all that other hillbilly twang...God we love ya ! Then and 45 years later...go Jim !

One of the great, nearly forgotten bands of the 70s. Fantastic, classic music that is more than just southern rock.
