The most awkard period for the band. I wish I hadn't clicked on it. When this aired in 1998, it was pretty painful to see how far they'd fallen losing Johnny Colt and the great Marc Ford on lead guitar.The worst was the slickly produced By Your Side album with record company backing. Even these backup singers are rented from the label.

Although the band sounds tight, Chris Robinson's a fuckin mess. Probably snorted too much chop just before hitting the stage. I hate it when some singers resort to the 'David Lee Roth Style' of performing live and either sing the lyrics out of key or just skip em and sing part of the song.
