This interview with Billy Corgan and David Bowie was recorded at Taratata Studio in Paris, France on December 12th, 1995.
Billy mentions that David Bowie is an inspiration to him and that he is a good producer. Billy also says that David Bowie paved the way for the alternative mentality. He admires that he went against the grain and didn't focus on the commerciality of his music and art.

It was funny when Billy said "it's not a concept album" :) The host said "ce n'est pas plus cher qu'un simple album" ("it's not more expensive than a single album"). BC heard "concept" for "qu'un simple" I think :)11 years ago

It's TarataTa not Taratara :) Nagui is lousy. He doesn't get the "you thought it was all about sex and drugs", he thought Billy said "you only talked about sex and drugs" or something like that.Not to mention the way he translated some of Bowie's answers (the subtitles are hilarious).11 years ago
