I just love to read all the comments from the oh so righteous rightwing arseholes(and not all of them are of course) who seem to think that the moment you make money you are no longer allowed to be socialist or leftwing. Grow the fuck up, all of you. Or read a book about Carnegie.

"One more time for your Uncle Bill !" The picture above is of my first, best loved, tape cassette mini-album ['Life's a Riot with Spy Vs. Spy'] released by him in 1983, I got it aged just 14 years in 1986 from my brother Jamie Killeen's collection. Then, for me, it was the all time classic compilation of these early E.P.'s in 1987 and my all time fav. and most re-purchased album of my entire life: "Back To Basics."Had it on all formats eventually: Tape, vinyl and later, CD and, later still from iTunes download/purchase, and later still, saved as my no. one album in Spotify that I always stream at least once a month. I hope u got my money mate!"Don't Pay more than £2.99" written on the cassette and record covers on most of his early back catalogue. Do u remember those dayz Mr. Bragg? When u won my young heart and fragile mind as the most real down-to-earth, working-class hero and socialist protest singer and one of the best live entertainers of the late 1980's and early 90's? An excellent live performer of some superb merit! Check him out here! Really like his most recent activity in music and politics! Bragging about Bragg. He was the boy! "The Saturday Boy!" My all time fav. song of all time! I Luv #billybragg !

Its strange to think the world sees the likes of Hugh Grant as the stereotypical Englishman when he represents such a small proportion of the English population. Billy is a true gent , not by birth right but by manner and morality . Billy represents (for me) what is inherently good about the English people , pride humanity charity and humour . Wouldn't it be nice to see someone like him be King of England?.. Signed an Irish Republican ...(spot the irony).

I have to agree that allthough singing along was amazing when I saw him play this live this year, I struggle to find a video on youtube of him singing the lines himself.
