got a note from tony butler, the bassist, he will no longer be performing with big country, he has decided to devote some time to his own musical pursuits, sadly, I dont know where big country as a band will go from here with the loss of two of the main vocals and instruments its hard to say what will become of the band

If you really like Big Country you should see them with Mike Peters singing. He is fab and respects Stuart totally. I went to see them in Newcastle Feb 2012 and, although I shed many tears over Stuart throughout the gig, they were fantastic!
