Actually the theme was based on the very first Big Brother which broadcast in the Netherlands in 1999. Both Australia & US took the original theme but Australia was the only one to keep and modify it.

Depends. BBUS has two other themes, one from BB1 US (which BBAUS based their theme from) and the one used for BB2 to BB5

I'm really liking this - it's a well done mashup of various themes used by the series overall. I'm hearing the more techno mix of 03/04, the 05/06/07 theme, and the 08 theme for openings- and the closing theme from 05/06/07 as well. I'll probably stick an MP3 of this on my Zune. Cool stuff.

I really like Big Brother Australia 2012!!! BBAUS2012 channel is not connected to Network Ten. BBAUS2012 had exclusive footage of contractors working on the eviction arena in 2011 before any press release confirming Dreamworld to be once again the host of Big Brother. You are winging about YouTube material being stolen - YouTube is public - Anyone can mix a theme song.

The reason why I asked was on utube anyone can almost claim to be a production company. Soz if it seemed disrespect, it wasnt intended. OK so since this is the legit. Have you reported to FB about fraudlent claim of being 'big bro 2012' by taking the video without ur permission. U know they have to get written consent right. Anyways on FB u can report them for that as long as you provide proof that its your work & they haven't gotten permisson at all.

@Blazikenblade what do you mean am i the real deal? and the BBAus2012 guy is just a fan of big brother, has nothing to do with nine or ten. He's stealing other "Big Brother" related videos and uploading them to his channel as if their his. He just got lucky on his fb page to get so many "likes" which he used to promote his channel and twitter page.

@frajos yeah its the same guy that runs the facebook page thats called "Big Brother Australia 2012" with over 68,000 "likes" i wish i could somehow get the video removed from his channel because it has more hits on his then mine.
