I think there may be some hurt feelings for no reason. If a guy says this music is just like deadmau5, that guy is making a comparison between good musics. At least thats my opinion. I just dont see how he is saying deadmau5 was the first. Deadmau5 is far too young to be the first in this area anyway.

I know what the person stated, I just felt the need to express the point that deadmau5 did not invent the sound because many artists get slated for "stealing" the sound. I am not saying he did not make it famous because he clearly did and re-vamped it with his own style! :P

If you red carefully, he didn't write "Deadmau5 invented this style", he just wrote it sounds like Deadmau5. Now the reason you wrote ur comment was probably because you, an lots of other people who know older stuff, are upset, cause everyone connects this style of music (with 8th notes, Pluck synth whatever..) with Deadmau5. But the Fact is, that Deadmau5 actually made it famous, like Elvis presley made Rock'n'Roll famous, Tolkien made Orcs and elves famous, and WOW made MMORPG's famous...

@kristianrauch1995 When will people like you learn deadmau5 did NOT invent the style? It was slowly introduced to late 90s and early 2000 trance music and modernised by progressive trance/house artists such as Adam K, Claes Rosen, Dinka, Mango, Umek, Beltek, Jay Lumen, Arthur Deep, Jaytech and so on. Please check out other artists like those. There is a lot of them that are SO much better!!! :)
