Having the actors smoke weed will never make this song cool. I'd rather listen to Kings of convience "Id rather dance with you". This song and video is totally speculative and I hope young people understand that Belle & Sebastian used to be a really great band in the nineties, before their label decided to umph up their sales value. honestly as a person who gets called 'indie' or 'hipster' (whatever those labels mean) by my friends because of my unique and different music taste, and as a person who has been a fan of Belle & Sebastian for a while now, yes this album is very different but it's very good, I think it's important that artists or bands explore different subgenres. Even though they changed their style a little, this is by no means generic lmao, you people who claim to be hipsters and that their new sound is too generic need to stop because 1) listening to alternative/indie music doesn't make you hipster 2) hipster is a dumb label that people think is cool to describe themselves as.
