Anybody know what the device is that the guy on the far right is playing? It seems to be an electronic drum machine

Heard this song for the first time back in high school when I played an all percussion arrangement of it. I've enjoyed The Flecktones ever since.

It takes a real real scumbag to put ads on music you do not own. So glad that Bela Fleck and The Flecktones are not detered from allowing free use of there music by profitering immoral losers such as you sir. Thanks so much for posting for your own personal profit.

They are touring the east coast this year. They put on a very relaxed groovy show. And Bela...I could put him on a plate and sop him up with a biscuit!

I hope you mean stop advertising. I get that. But theres nothing wrong with hiphop jazz fusion. Stuff like jazzmatazz and the collaborations between the Robert Glasper Experiment and Mos Def are pretty cool. Youve got to be open to all blends of music, because only through experimentation can cultural progression be achieved. No genre is superior to another

That would be Future Man's Synthaxe Drumitar. It's modified from a MIDI controller called a Synthaxe that was totally revamped for his groovy percussioning purposes.
