Great to know many others love this song too! I was probably 8 years old when my brother brought this home. We put the needle on the vinyl, cranked up the Kenwood, and rocked out to this.

Love the very long fade-out, the bass harmonics ... strange sounds and accents ... and the snake-with-wings guitar ...

Such a unique groove. Such a polished Rock tune that seems a Pop Hit that not enough have heard ... many interesting touches, details throughout ... it doesn't remind me of any other BBD track ...

this is one of my bbd songs, if not the favorite... i think this is where jon butcher got his sound, but not until the 80's. jon did do a bill nelson song once. eros arriving. bill is one of my favorite guitarists.

As far as I am aware Autosexual was one of the tracks recorded during the sessions for Drastic Plastic (which at one time was considered as a double album) There are a few other tracks from the same period such as Quest for the Harvest of the stars & Face in the rain , which only originally surfaced on the Best of & rest of Be Bop Deluxe double vinyl album. However they have since been added to various CD re-releases along with Blue as a jewel, (which was indeed a "b" side )

I never alluded to the fact that it was on the original release, don't consider my use of graphics anything other than a use of graphics. I do however think my usage is in some ways better than others' ...which are at times indeed confusing and ill thought ...out. Don't recall this one in particular ever being anything other than a unreleased track but if you have it as a single release ...I stand corrected.

it's not officially in the album... i don't remember if it's a A or B side released in 1977
