you can say that again, most people are afraid of exploring what they don't know...I disliked metal in my early days...but I sat down one day & tried to comprehend what was in front of me....I slowly immersed myself never turned back since...couldn't have said it better; metal is pretty much 'sped up classical music'-this description tends to slightly stop people in their tracks... like dude it's not just disorganized sound, these songs consist of complex musical compositions..

I come from classical music. I only discovered metal when I was almost 30, but I instantly thought "so this is where Vivaldi's, Wagner's and Beethoven's legacy went". I feel that metal is the true heir of the old masters.

YES! A bit more epic than "...where the shadows lie." I prefer this powerful sounding stuff to the gothic-esque other Battlelore music.
