In 2007 I went to see Basia here in Denver having never heard (or heard of) her before. Turned out to be one of the best little shows I'd seen here in a while. She was excellent, and she had a band of very talented multi-instrumentalists. I definitely want to make it a point to see her again!10 years ago

Wow, that is a 5 course (10 string) nylon-strung bowl-backed member of the guitar family. I have no idea what the name is, although I have heard that some predecessors of the guitar were made like this. I think it's a reproduction of a renaissance-era guitar.11 years ago
