One of my favorite bands form a foreign country (foreign to me), performing what is perhaps my favorite Graves era Misfits song! Honestly, Balzac always pours their hearts and souls into their Misfits covers, and I think this sounds fantastic!

Ok. This was a better arrangement musically (including the garbled second language lyrics) than the original Michael Graves Lineup that wrote them (Much respect to the Gravedigger). It is ALWAYS go time with Balzac.

That's hilarious! The Japanese could sing about Gappa while the US could sing about David Berkowitz. Germans can sing about anything horror related because they have cool horror-punk accents (example: The Other).

Lotta unnecessary hate here, geez. Expanding on what Shea said down below, Balzac and The Misfits are tight with each other, with The Misfits officially recognizing Balzac as the legit Japanese version of The Misfits. This cover was on a split EP where the two bands covered each other's songs for cryin' out loud. Balzac is a hell of a lot more than just covers, though. Their original songs are definitely worth checking out for a bit of a different take on the horrorpunk genre.
