Our Dance Classes are progressive and allow you to quickly and easily learn the fundamentals of Salsa and Bachata. You will begin by gaining general knowledge such as when to start dancing, when to lead or follow the Salsa & Bachata turns. After just a few weeks you will be ready to learn more advanced moves and how to dance with feeling.

Beginner Bachata Bootcamp. This 8-week course is designed for students to learn the fundamentals of the Modern Style Bachata which has become a huge sensation in Dominican Republic and around the world. The main focus in this course is for the student to build a strong foundation in both footwork and partnerwork as well as leading and following techniques, while gaining a better understanding of the Bachata music. You will also be able to explore and learn different ways to interpret the musical instruments in the timing of the bongo. This course will get you ready for our more advanced level classes.

No prior training or experience is necessary but beginner students are advised to start the course at beginning of a cycle since its a progressive course and follows an 8 week structure.

Bachata Fusion Class (All Bachata Styles) This class is designed for the advanced beginner-Intermediate students who want to learn a variety of different Bachata Styles including; Traditional/Dominican Style Footwork, Modern/Urban Partnerwork with a fusion of the most popular bachata styles from Sexy Bachatango to intricate Bachata Guajira and traditional Dominican Style and much more. This class is designed for a social dance experience like no other, with a total burst of dance workout that challenges your intellect as well as gives you great practice in your musical timing and expanding your library of of moves and patterns. Start here and take your dancing anywhere.

In class we strive to build a stronger relationship to the music and partner as well as leading and following techniques, enhancing musicality, understanding timing, while gaining an in-depth understanding of the evolution of bachata and how it has transcended in major parts of the world. We focus on the musical timing of the bongo, bass, guitar (requinto) and lyrics. We take all these musical timing and master them to the point where you become more confident and versatile bachata dancers anywhere you go including those wishing to perform.
