well, everyone has their opinon as it should be and the guitarists you mentioned play without a doubt technically far more difficult stuff but for me that doesn't make them better. I am addicted to the sound that comes out of syn's axe and no other guitarist except for slash can bring this much happiness to my soul. I prefer it a bit simpler and stuffed with raw emotions but to each his own :)
