If this song was stolen then where is the proof (copyrights)? Probably cant find a lawyer to go up against a major label like Atlantic anyways.. They dropped this album and toured to promote it just like any other band. However, the album did not do well in the charts... It's typical for a major label such as Atlantic to drop a band that is not charting (or making money). Just like in any business you invest in something that is not giving you an ROI you drop the product and take the loss. If anything, if your name was on the copyright then you should have seen a portion of the royalties. But I am assuming that since the album was basically a flop (or Audiovent as whole was a one hit wonder) you wouldn't get any royalties since the band couldn't even pay back the money loaned to them by the label...

lmfao people keeping talking about lame ass madden, garbage ass bmx xxx and some obscure ass disney skateboarding game as where they first heard this song.that's funny because I actually first heard this song on the radio *gasp* but the radio only plays the same 8-12 generic ass songs over and over day after day, right? *sigh* but once upon a time, it wasn't like thatas far as the ones mentioning bmx xxx, that game was shit and didn't deserve as good a soundtrack as it was given, and since i knew all the songs on said soundtrack and have a good number of them on my mp3 player to this day, and I've never even played that shitty ass game once in my life, if you actually had to play that steaming digital turd in order to be introduced to any of the songs contained within, you oughtta be ashamed of your damn self smh
