nah seriously, i just heard this version in a radio station of my country today and I was like, what the actual fuck? they grab a classic rock song, a masterpiece like "you give love a bad name" and transforme it into some screamo stuff? seriously WTF!!!. I wanna make it very clear, i don't dislike screamo and hardcore , in fact I like bands like Battlecross, BVB, dark tranquility, not a lot of them, but still, what piss me off is that they practically ripped off the soul of the song and old school essence, if not for the chorus, this could be just another hardcore song of the bunch

Anyone else hear this as a kid before they even knew it was a cover? I actually thought Bon Jovi did a cover of this song when my mom showed it to me years later. To this day I still don't know popular songs out of the "rock/metal" genre, lol.

What all the people who commented that this is shit arent understanding, is when you cover a song, your not supposed to do it exactly like the original singer, thats copying, your supposed to do it in your own way, thats why its a cover, this is from a musicians perspective.
