I think this was the actual worst thing I've ever had the displeasure of wasting time with. Really? As a consumer, musician, and fan, I am embarrassed. This had ZERO energy, not a pulse.From BLEEDING MASCARA to this utter shit? This is diarrhea in headphones.I love how when people get big, they forget where they came from. I love how when people get big, they forget what it's like to truly live and feel, in control of your life and in possession of peace of mind. Really shows how QUICK humans will sell their dignity and sacrifice their identity at the first sign of a brick of money. No excuses, this is not Atreyu. I'm not trying to troll, I'm simply comparing ATREYU to ATREYU. I have been a die hard fan since like 2000 and have purchased their albums and merchandise several and multiple times each over the years, stopping at Lead Sails and everything after; all tantamount to fully-filled diapers.I vote with my dollar. I've probably purchased The Curse,Suicide Kisses, and Deathgrip about 40 times each and worn out each CD. Come on guys, you can do better than this. Alex is JUST not a good singer, no matter how much post production. The money really isn't worth the embarassment at tours. They seem able, but just don't care. Travis just spaces out or sprays liquid diarrhea on his live solos now. Maybe the label dissipated all incentive to be unique, eviscerating the creativity and longevity of this band. I don't blame Atreyu, I blame the senior executives that still don't fucking understand in 2014 that MUSIC, is not a PRODUCT. They are counterproductive to the whole thing, making deadlines and nonsense and shit. A little thing called "record companies" came along around the 60s, and as soon as MUSIC became an INDUSTRY, all talent went down the toilet. Jazz players disappeared nationwide. The most technically proficient instrumental players alive, gone.Ever wonder why the MAINSTREAM MUSIC is the WORST, LEAST SKILLED MUSIC IN THE WORLD? Any time there's $ involved, is all you need to know. ATREYU INVENTED and INNOVATED a genre for Christs' sake. Knowing how governments engage in total financial criminality, I WISH I could be delusional and live in a fantasy world like these bright-eyed, bushy-tailed youngsters willing to sign the dotted line without a bat of an eye. .

No doubt about it Atreyu has made a change in their music but I can't complain, however I still prefer their older tunes. Miss the screaming.
