@Skibz778 You are right about their early stuff, but I mean their more legitimate band, 9 seemed like the most. However, they have a record label since 2005, and they had the day jobs to support th eband and they tour multiple times a year, and now they have their show, so they'e doing well.

@modernfamilydriving Not the largest *live* line-up. According to MCBC, there were some shows in '94/'95 where they had upwards of 12 members on stage. As for why most of them left, The Aquabats hit hard times in the early 2000s when they had no record label and no money to tour anymore. They almost broke up. Members had to leave due to their jobs and families, but they still occasionally rejoin the band for a show or two every now and then.

I think this is the largest line up they ever had. 2 trumpets and a saxophone. 2 guitars and and a bass. A drummer. A keyboardist. And a singer. Not to mention the professor, aka Parker Jacobs. This seems like the best band in the world to be in, and I don't know why anyone would quit. Except for more money, or family reasons, or getting tired of it after 10 years. But yeah, I don't know why anyone would quit ;) lol

@voteXnate Aquabats are far better instrumentally of course... Blink just has more catchier Melodies, which is what people always remember more.. but yeah..thats the music industry..

all you guys talking crap on travis are jerks! my brother got dum lessons from him back when blink 182 just came out with whats my age again and i asked him about the aquabats and he started laughing (in a good way) and then started to tell me how those were some of the best times of his life and that he'll never forget them

@voteXnate Where is Blink now? The Aquabats are still going strong. They practically created Yo Gabba Gabba, they're playing Coachella, anndd i'm seeing them in a week or so!! But I agree with you, way better!
