He's also written a Remote Orchestra and Collaborated with Penderecki very recently, so not just some Piano tunes. Plus Petiatil Cx Htdui is just a remarkable piece of music. One of the most melancholic pieces I've ever heard, up there with the best of Ravel, etc.

you're looking at this in the wrong way. the comparison is of the idea that aphex twin, like beethoven, mozart or bach, has written amazingly beautiful and untouchable music that is timeless. He has a extraordinarily clear and distinct sound that shines through in every style of music he touches. If its not your thing, thats fine, but dont just come out swinging with blink 182 remarks and the like. Its disrespectful and makes you look like a jerk.
