I guess I can understand why people hate on this song so hard. It sounds kind of mainstream and metalcore-ish but I think people need to just ease off a bit. It's not like stuff like this is all they have in their catalogue, Annihilator has always liked to experiment with their music and integrate different genre's rather than straight thrash. While I'm not a huge fan of the song I think it's awesome that they are always willing to try new things. It's what makes each Annihilator album so great.

I have to agree---and this is coming from someone who listens to anything from 70s rock to black/death metal. I remember first hearing this band years ago and people praising Alice In Hell because of its merits. I don't think this band ever put out a better album since. People can say what they will, but Waters has been a trendwhore despite his alleged "skills" and this album is dated mall core, which I can't stomach, either. It sucks. I'll go listen to some Kreator and Destruction instead.
