Annihilator is a Canadian thrash metal/groove metal band founded by the vocalist, guitarist and bassist Jeff Waters. The band was formed in 1984 and is the highest selling heavy metal artist in Canadian history, although most of the sales have not been in the band's home country.
Metal is the twelfth studio album by the Canadian thrash metal band Annihilator. It was released on April 16, 2007. However, it wasn't released in the United States until January 15, 2008. Waters gathered many famous guest musicians for the album.
