I've spent 7/16 years of my life dedicated to music. I'm also an alto. I love that song with all my heart because its one of the most beautiful songs ever, despite how covered it is. She's ten years old and performed on a stage in front of thousands of people and was on tv, expecting criticism and possible rejection from four celebrity judges. She's ten years old and she can sing like she's PJ Harvey's sister while playing piano. To get recognition as a singer you add trills (ex.: Christina Aguilera, extremely talented, known for trills, criticized for the latter) that's just how it is now. She's ten. Respect her talent and her choices.
