Beautifully shot by Emma Nathan, the video was recorded and filmed live at the Luminaire in London and features Anna Calvi (vocals/ guitar) performing with her band Mally Harpaz (harmonium/ percussion) and Daniel Maiden-Wood (drums). Her intense performance is full of passion and startling beauty.

variations: 'dance with me dance with me then lay me down to die' and 'oh I've come a thousand miles'. -- as to what it's about I think it's about love. it's an infinite (thousand days/flash fills the sky) beacon (light) of hope. also about how sadness(blue) and glory/love(gold) and fire(desire) can't be separated so it's all emcompassing. the 'thousand days' bit ties in with the 'lay me down to die' bit- it's about feeling you're ready to die after experiencing 'infinity' through love.
