I honestly don't think Jessi or Shooter would begrudge any of the family for writing anything....the fact is Waylon was always extremely honest about his life, good or bad. What I would love to see is an epic biographical movie released but it could not told in two hours...perhaps a series. If anyone deserves it...it's Waylon

Barbara was his third wife, he cheated on Lynne with her and he didn`t know when or if he would get a divorce from lynne when he wrote this song. he did and he married barbara. and in 1969 he married Jessie.I wish his children from his first marriage would write an autobiography on their life with their dad , their relationship with him. but i imagine waylon or jessir or shooter might have put a gag on that, money wise or not to have truth revealed. i hope not..

@acinom44 Thanks, I did neglect to add that bit of history. You are going to love his autobiography. I've read it so many times. It's my absolute favorite biography and when you get to the end, you are ging to be sad you are on the last page...lol I just know you are going to love it and read it over and over again. You just can't help yourself. It's like sitting down with your best friend and crying and laughing together.
