Lyrics:

Slip coma deep inside an industrialist's mind

And pour yourself into the creased appeal of a financeman's suit

You keep on exchanging handshakes and smiles

With chatshow hosts like butterflies

Fly down

And hide in the zeros and the ones

And let's all sing

Hallelujiah!

The missile can fly!

Decode the cypher

The cryptic message within a government health warning

And it's the same song everytime

Oh no! Your big mushroom cloud

Has gone and it's fucked up my view

Don't matter which way we're facing

So long as we're rolling forward

Well we could seek a world of jackpots

And corporate value

And learn to leave our uglyselves behind

You've got to feel the power as it flows

From businessmen and motherlodes

Become a soul of pure caffeine

Live life like a coke machine

Hallelujiah!

Praise god for Hollywood teeth!

Crash your karma into little bits of happiness

Now it's ok - I know a quick and easy way

We ain't divine - we all got our faults

But seismic minds think seismic sized thoughts

Mister exectutive man pick your way through the debris

Lubricate your gun between the devil and the sea

Sleeping solvent and sound

And ethically free

Right upon my back

A panzer running over me

While I had my hands in the air

Really? I never knew Katy Perry and Lady Gaga had albums out before 2004.

Both Lady Gaga and Katy Perry released their début albums before this... doesn't make them any less shit though.

TheSajtrga

they're actually pretty well commercially recognised for their scene

I just downloaded this record today and it is absolutely blowing my mind. I regret that I have missed out on this since it was released.

Music has always been dominated by shit, it's just people don't remember the shit. Anyway, there is a certain feel of superiority to know that you know more about music than others. And I just realised you made this comment one year ago, ah well.

What? This album came out long before Lady Gaga and Katy Perry were around, so as much as I despise vacuous pop, it isn't to blame for this band being so underrated and overlooked. There was still rubbish pop music 25 years ago, you know...

@fr2ncm9 Don't resent the fact that mainstream 'artists' get all the attention. The fact that artists such as these are harder to find makes it all the more endearing I think. Once something becomes saturated and mainstream it loses it's personality. It becomes weak, insipid and soulless. Leave the morons to their shitty pop music. All the more good music for us.

It is a wonderful era for music, and songs, no albums, no bands like this prove it. No use to care about those who don't dig this and their musical taste (if they have any). Amplifier is like a train full of metal and emotion rolling through your mind and electrifying all your synapses. This band is like a good wine, only those interested can really enjoy this. Why care about pop culture and what they miss? Simple things for simple minds (no pun intended).

@fr2ncm9 i think if the came out right now, they would receive much more attention. People are looking for a ripe new rockband.

Speechless... with the music and lyrics.

If this band came out twenty to twenty-five years ago, they would have gotten much more attention, but with music being dominated by shit like Lady Gaga, Shakira, Katy Perry etc, there seems to be no room for great rock music.
