Does anyone out there know if there is any video of Ambrosia performing this? In studio or concert maybe?

Ambrosia must have been listening to Pink Floyd, the sound effects at the beginning and the Floyd atmospherics here. On their debut they had Alan Parsons (engineer of Atom Heart Mother and Dark Side of the Moon) produce. On the 1982 Road Island album, they had James Guthrie (who had co-produced and engineered The Wall) produce and engineer. Rock radio should have played this kick ass track!

80's AOR...gotta love it! This, "Life Beyond L.A." (title track, 1978) and "Ready" from "One Eighty" (1980) should be more than enough proof that Ambrosia was more than just a pop/soft rock group. A lost classic that most classic rock radio stations will likely NEVER touch, which is a damned shame. Most CR stations will associate them to their radio friendly hits "How Much I Feel", "You're The Only Woman (You and I)", and "Biggest Part of Me". Ambrosia was more than that. They were album rock back in the day.
