I think about Bob Carlisle with the Allies, and then the "Butterfly Kisses" era stuff...this guy was a totally badass singer back in the day. Now, "Butterfly Kisses" isn't a bad song, but I wish he'd stayed true to his rock roots. Oh well, a guy's gotta feed his family, I suppose!

This song is so funky and greasy, its James Brown on steroids. Bob Carlisles voice jumps into your ears and beats youup .He is by far the ultimate in male power soul singers. I love it baby!!!!!!

Love these guys. I used to have this album, Virtues and a couple others. Man on a Mission too. These were Bob Carlisle's best days. Fantastic band. Thanks for posting this!
