This song reminds me of Kirito/Asuna from SAO. I mean really."When I wake up, the dream isn't done, I want to see your face and know I made it home"... when Kirito awoke from SAO, Asuna hadn't woken yet. She was trapped in ALO. And he tells his sister- er, cousin Suguha that SAO hadn't ended for him yet because of that. The dream isn't done.In addition, a multitude of times after that Kirito has these nightmares involving losing Asuna. That's a more literal interpretation.Not to mention "Wonder, why do we race, when everyday we're running in circles - such a funny way to fall". SAO has no point. There is no reason why they race - why they, as Sachi says, "have to die when it's just a stupid game". And Kirito "falls" for Asuna within this game that doesn't have any particular purpose, other than that which the players create of the simple 1s and 0s in the artificial, virtual world.And here's another bit of the lyrics that applies perfectly. "...I'm hoping for a chance to make it alright". Didn't Kirito promise to save everyone, Asuna included? That seems to fit. ^.^ Anyways, just wanted to share my interpretation of this song with you guys.
