Actually on this release it IS entitled "'97" with the apostrophe. On 'Marc's a Dick and Gar's a Drunk: The Johann's Face Story' compilation it was indeed entitled "97" without the apostrophe. On their 1996 Demo it was entitled "Ninety-Seven". If you're going to be a pedant, at least do some research...bitch.

The song is specifically about Matt being arrested for possession of marijuana and that is the subject of the song, not needles of heroin or meth.
