Normally, I prefer Hyde's voice to be deeper, it's how I do it, to the point of hating most higher pitch Hyde's. But your singing in the higher pitches is so good it blows my old opinion out the water. Your voice gives Hyde's larger then life persona such weight I feel like a deeper voice would have ruined the performance.Acting, your incredible. The small laughter when Basil questions you of his identity is spine tingling. The way you deliver the lines creates a sense of foreboding for me, as I know what's coming. When taunting the bishop with the Romeo lines, you capture the comedic side of Hyde perfectly. On top of that your little subtle elements capture me, as I love subtle things that increase a performance. The way you slowly grip the cane as you insult the bishop builds tension. I especially love how you stab the bishop with the cane, acting like it requires effort as so many other performers just press it in, as if Hyde had super strength.Overall, an incredible performance of Edward Hyde, better then most Broadway performances, rivaling Cuccioli and Evans (the best) performances. Your singing and acting make Hyde both terrifying and grander then life without making him hammy and goofy (Hassalhoff and Bach). This performance is the one I based my performance off, as it was just better then anything else I could watch. 10/10.
