Good lord. The fact that people are confusing Layne's voice with Marylin Manson shows how bad off he is at this point. After losing his sobriety battle in 1993, his voice really started going.

@GREENBAYDAVE-I would invite you to do some homework about Layne Staley. He's been given 50% writing credits for his contribution to the Alice in Chain songs until his death on April 5, 2002. As I mentioned in a previous post, he was a friend of mine as was Mike Starr. Don't bash his, he's not here anymore to defend your comments. His music gift was relevant prior to his plunge into heron. If you listen to Facelift, this album was done before his addiction began, it was released in 1990. His decent into addiction started after he reunited with his father, who is an addict. That's when he started writing about his love affair with heroin. These are all facts. He was a masterful singer, songwriter. And to everyone else who has commented about his presumption of missing teeth in this song, I personally am offended when people talk about his missing teeth in this song. Unless you know this for a fact, STOP WRITING ABOUT IT! You are just spreading rumors like a child. The guy who posted this which was done with the INTENTION TO CAUSE NOTHING BUT A WAR OF THE IDIOTS, you should really relabel this video or delete it and repost it with this: CLASS OF 99'-Another Brick In The Wall, From the Faculty, the Movie. This is the one & ONLY REASON WHY THIS BAND WAS FORMED. Because people write stuff that they actually have no knowledge of and make assumptions. And in case you didn't know Tom Morello from Rage against The Machine, actually taught Layne how to play guitar.
