Well no, I'm not actually, but people actually have. Domestic abuse is an actual real thing. It actually happens to real people. It's not funny. It's not a joke. And it's not exactly a fun thing to make stupid fluffy pop videos about. It's called "extremely bad taste". Can you imagine if the next Britney Spears vid was her dancing while a girl got raped in the bathroom at a concert? How about Lady Gaga doing a vid with people at the AIDS clinic vomiting blood? FFS. There is a couple having a FIGHT. She throws a vase at him and HE THROWS HER ONTO THE COUCH AND BEATS ON HER. This goes on for hours and the neighbors call the cops. How is this not showing domestic abuse? Or is that somehow just considered a normal part of a relationship now? 1 - Boy meets girl. 2 - they fuck for a while. 3 - they get bored and decide to split. 4 - girl gets angry. 5 - guy beats the fuck out of her for a bit. 6 - Cops come and arrest that motherfucker. So why in the fuck is the video showing domestic abuse? What has that got to do with rejection? and radios? and club style dancing? Geez. I can appreciate songs that have no lyrics very well indeed. But if you PUT lyrics and you PUT a video and they have no connection AND the video is showing something that should NEVER be taken lightly, people are going to ask questions.

imo if you just listen to the melody (sound) and watch the video and don't pay any attention to the lyrics. Then you can get lost in the sound and in your own mind can misconstrue the message being sent. After the timer 00:12 of 3:33. He is trying to tell her that he wants to leave her and she turns up the Radio so that she doesn't have to hear what he has to say, it's called Denial and in Real life "Rejection" affects many people in many different ways and levels.
