The reason for the odd sound, I was there, is the room itself. It was inside as you see, nay doors where open, concrete floor and concrete block walls, steel ceiling support beams, and that aluminum HVAC running the length of the ceiling. The room was rectangular, narrow and long (maybe 50' x 100'). But to see them live is a treat, regardless of the venue. BTW: Jamesie remarked on this event was a dry one, and "ye ain't Scottish if it be dry."
